Sales Associate – Greenhouse Tech

M&F Talent is working with a client in environmental control systems who is looking to hire a new Sales Associate. Our client manufactures a line of horticultural tech products, including atmospheric controllers, fertigation systems, and garden management software. They are a respected brand with a solid footprint in both commercial cannabis cultivation and traditional crop production.

The Sales Associate job is an inside sales role conducted in our client’s office in southern California.

Location: Anaheim, CA

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming sales calls and in-house sales-related activities
• Support the Sales department by providing standard quotes and order processing information
• Make follow-up/courtesy calls to customers
• Transfer projects into production
• Generate key sales reports
• Make outbound calls needed to qualify leads and present accounts

Qualifications:

• 2 – 5 years of sales experience
• Great communication skills
• Exposure to electronics & computer savvy
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
• Relatable, approachable, high energy, and friendly demeanor
• Organized and disciplined
• Strong sense of urgency
• High degree of attention to detail
• Trained or can be trained to understand technical concepts
