Regional Sales Manager – Livestock & Poultry Solutions

M&F Talent has a client that specializes in innovative solutions for the greenhouse, livestock, and poultry. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who has experience in the livestock industry, particularly in poultry equipment, for the USA and Spanish-speaking countries (Latin America). The Sales Manager for their division will focus on gearmotors and accessories for the livestock industry.

The Regional Sales Manager will achieve individual sales targets through a consultative selling approach, encompassing all active and developmental solutions offered within the motor drives portfolio. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to take a world-leading brand and play a crucial role in establishing a division of livestock in the USA and Latin America.

Location: Remote (ideally in the Midwest) + Travel

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100K-$125K

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the US and Latin American markets, including customers, sales channels, end users, needs and trends.
  • Present the company and its products (motor drives and accessories) to end-users, decision-makers, and other potential customers.
  • Identify and establish new sales channels.
  • Substantially increase sales while aligning with growth in gross profit.
  • Provide product training and field advice to clients.
  • Offer aftersales support and customer service.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for the industry sector.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the USA poultry and/or livestock sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of technical sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business insight.
  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the capacity to effectively convey ideas, products, and values.
  • Ability to work autonomously while communicating effectively with colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
