eCommerce Sales Director – CEA Products

M&F Talent has a client in the CEA products manufacturing space that needs to hire a new eCommerce Sales Director. This person is responsible for business development and sales in the eCommerce channel. In addition to owning the Amazon, Spreetail, and other eCommerce account targets, this role will be responsible for the development of a new direct-to-consumer site (DTC) for our client’s company, which showcases, advertises, and sells their primary house brands and SKUs.

The role will be responsible for the further development, testing, and cost vetting of an Amazon site managed via Vendor Central to maximize marketing, pricing, and overall economics of presenting goods to the consumer through this Amazon venue.

• Employment type: Full-Time
• Salary: $150-$175K base

Responsibilities:

• Maximize marketing, manage the pricing and overall economics of presenting goods to the consumer through the Amazon venue
• Manages cross-functionally across web development, graphic design and brand marketing
• Work with marketing to develop eCommerce content and implement educated & aligned Brand marketing strategies
• Collaborate with IT to implement effective systems & with Finance to maintain company compliance with banking requirements
• Monitors site and makes changes as necessary
• Maintains a strong understanding of customer experience data
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• eCommerce experience in building/developing eCommerce sites – set up and management
• Strong team and interpersonal skills
• High sense of urgency
• Enjoys collaboration

• Thinks outside the box
