M&F Talent is looking to fill a Sales Executive job for a security technology company in the Denver, CO area. Our client is well-established in the security tech and operations field, with a strong market presence in the cannabis industry as well as other high-risk markets. Our client is looking to our cannabis recruiting services to find someone who shares in their values of teamwork, cooperation, and integrity. As compared to other cannabis career opportunities, this is more of a technical career.

Location: Denver, CO

Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: 

  • Handle inbound sales leads
  • Develop outside sales program
  • Manage company CRM as relating to the client base
  • Develop business with cannabis companies in the United States and Canada
  • Stay abreast of current trends in the cannabis industry
  • Represent the company at trade shows and networking events
  • Monitor and track sales performance in an intelligible manner
  • Develop sales pitches based on business security needs in the cannabis space
  • Work independently of office setting if needs be
  • Visit customers and prospects onsite to explain the benefits of products
  • Work with upper-management in learning the technical applications of security technology
  • Sales Executive job requires consultative sales approach based knowledge of security products
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure client retention and repeat businessSales Executive

Qualifications:

  • Technical sales experience: 3 years
  • Cannabis industry sales experience: 2 years
  • Bachelor’s degree: highly desired
  • Sales Executive job requires technological knowledge
  • Familiar with the use of CRMs
  • Fluent with MS Office
  • Self-Motivated / Highly-Organized / Quick-Learner / Trustworthy
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to pass a background check
