M&F Talent has a client in vaporizer technology who is looking to fill a Vaporizer Sales Representative job. The focus of the role is to further accelerate and maintain current customers, recruit new customers, develop new sales channels and distributors related to the cannabi sand hemp industry. This person will also represent our client through industry-wide events and trade shows; daily routine will not consist of being constrained to a cubicle.  This is a key position within the company and the ability to successfully facilitate sales will have an immediate impact in the direction of our client’s business.

This individual needs to be self-motivated, have a strong desire to succeed, ability to connect on a personal level with people, and successfully work alongside team members.  As cannabis/hemp continues to be the fastest-growing industry of modern times your opportunity for growth and advancement within our company is huge. Our hemp recruiting team assesses this job as more customer-focused than other hemp jobs.

Location: California

Vaporizer Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing active retail accounts and providing after-sales support for each customer
  • Actively researching and developing methods to gain new accounts (distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and facilities)
  • Strategizing original and innovative solutions to target potential clients across the industry
  • Staying up to date with cannabis industry trends through market research and relationships with key players within the industry
  • Attending trade shows to accelerate growth and gain access to new territories
  • Aggressively prospecting and generating new relationships within the industry
  • Build relationships with cannabis companies and cannabis retail operations
  • Develop an expert understanding of the hemp industry and cannabis business
  • Work with CBD companies in developing products
  • Vaporizer sales representative jobIdentifying pain-points for clients and finding innovative solutions to their problems
  • Reports directly to the Company Directors
  • Develop a customer-base with a cannabis dispensary clients
  • Help develop sales infrastructure within the cannabis business

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mind
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in the cannabis industry
  • Understanding of the California cannabis business
  • Knowledgeable and understanding of the cannabis industry
  • Competitive, self-motived and strong desire to succeed
  • Eventual ability to work remotely
  • $60,000+ sales commission+ Options plan
  • Vacation Time
  • Personal Days
