M&F Talent has a client in plant extract technology that is looking to fill a BHO Extraction Equipment Sales Rep job. Our client is well-funded and comes from a very successful background in the foodservice. They have developed a cutting-edge new material to help streamline the “purging” process in BHO (butane hash oil) extraction. They are interested in quickly scaling a sales team to meet the new market demand for their product line. M&F Talent is building a sales team throughout the Western United States. Our cannabis recruiting team feels this position is more start-up oriented than many cannabis jobs.

Locations: Oregon, Washington, California, Nevada, Colorado

BHO Extraction Equipment Sales Rep Responsibilities:

  • Explain the functions and benefits of BHO (butane hash oil) technology
  • Develop customer base within sales territory from the ground up
  • Think outside the box in qualifying potential customers in cannabis companies
  • Understand local legalities concerning BHO extraction and develop clientele accordingly
  • Learn about safety standards for BHO technology and methods
  • Work with the cannabis marketing team in developing the brand image
  • Ensures client retention with careful consideration for established clientele
  • Accurately foresee changes in the cannabis extracts/hashBHO extraction equipment sales rep job marketplace
  • Understand competition and act accordingly
  • Maintain detailed records/metrics of sales performances
  • Manage a CRM platform
  • Study the cannabis industry for new business developments and ideas


  • Has established a customer base and network in the cannabis industry
  • TRUSTWORTHY: can manage oneself in an independent sales position
  • Able to speak with cannabis cultivation clients
  • BHO Extraction Equipment Sales Rep job requires a motivated self-starter
  • 2 years of experience in cannabis industry sales strongly desired
  • B.A. in business or similar is a major plus
  • Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Takes pride in meeting/surpassing sales goals
