Customized Pricing Packages

Mac & Fulton finds it beneficial for both our clients and ourselves to have a written contract in place prior to contacting our candidates and beginning the search process.

1. Flat Fee

  • A percentage of M&F placement’s 1st year base salary is due at the starting date of the employee.
  • Hire Guarantee: In the event that an M&F placement doesn’t excel in their position—guarantee period in which the entire fee is returned to client or M&F finds another suitable employee for the position.
  • Ideal for full-time, non-commission based hires.

2. Monthly Deductible

  • A percentage of M&F placement’s monthly salary is paid to Mac & Fulton Talent at the end of each month that M&F candidate is employed with client.
  • This fee can vary depending on the amount of hours worked by said employee during the work month.
  • Ideal for temporary or contractual hires as well as start-up businesses.

3. Commission/Performance 

  • A percentage of M&F placement’s 1st year base salary is due at the starting date of the employee. (If the position is a commission-based sales role, M&F and client must figure out a theoretical “base salary.”)
  • A percentage of M&F placement’s estimated commissions are due every 6 months, starting at 6 months after hire date.
  • Hire Guarantee: In the event that an M&F placement doesn’t excel in their position— there is a guarantee period in which the entire fee is returned to client, or M&F finds another suitable employee for the position.
  • Ideal for sales roles in which client wants to pay M&F compensation based off of M&F employee performance.

4. Sales Positions Flat Fee

  • Mac & Fulton Talent and client decide upon a “one-time” flat fee rate for a salesperson based on projected income from sales.
  • Hire Guarantee: In the event that an M&F placement doesn’t excel in their position—there will be a guarantee in which the entire fee is returned to client or M&F finds another suitable employee for the position.
  • Ideal for commission-heavy sales roles in which client only wants to pay a onetime fee.
